Mantis is software you use to manage your own property — not a real estate service. Please accept the following to continue.

You pay a one-time access fee today (less any promotional discount). The first 30 days are a money-back trial with no monthly charge. If you cancel within 30 days, the amount you paid is refunded less the actual AI/API usage costs you incurred and a $50 processing fee, and you owe no monthly fees. If you do not cancel within 30 days, a $250/month subscription begins automatically and recurs monthly; the monthly rate may increase over time (including annual inflation adjustments), and we will give you advance notice before any increase. After the trial the subscription is cancellable on 90 days' written notice, and the access fee is non-refundable.
