Use the Service only for lawful purposes and only to organize and self-manage property you own or are authorized to manage.

You may not: (a) use the Service to provide regulated professional advice or services to third parties; (b) upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you lack the right to upload; (c) attempt to access another subscriber's data or any non-public area of the Service; (d) reverse-engineer, scrape, or build a competing product from the Service; (e) misuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the AI features, caps, or security controls; (f) introduce malware or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service; or (g) use the Service to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others.

We may investigate and take action — including content removal, suspension, or termination — for any actual or suspected violation, without liability and in addition to our other remedies.
